It can mine any block except Lihzahrd Bricks. The efficiency and utility of a player's pickaxe in Terraria can be greatly affected by the mods they can apply to it. The pickaxe gains a 20 increase in damage and speed from the legendary modifier, making it one of the most potent ones available. It has a mining range boost of three blocks, giving it a long range compared to most pickaxes. In Terraria, the legendary modifier is the best modifier for the Titanium Pickaxe. This error is not present in the Old-gen console version. The Spectre Pickaxe is a Hardmode, post-Plantera pickaxe. It shares this trait with all other items that can obtain modifiers and whose names begin with "The". Modifier prefixes are added in front of the "The" in its name, which can result in a grammatically incorrect name such as "Keen The Axe".
