![]() ![]() I just used the RV to tow a vehicle from Los Angeles to Sacramento, and it ran great, had no problems what so ever, drive was smooth and engine felt strong, brakes worked well, shocks felt good and radio/cd unit worked fine. This RV is a very hard to find size, being only 22' it fits perfect in my small drive way and is easy to drive and maneuver in traffic. stove top has been tested and works well, haven't ever turned on the heating system as I just plugged in a 110 v room heater so I wouldn't have to fill the propane tank. I have never hooked up a water line so I never have used the shower, sink or toilet, but all pumps and everything turn on and seem to all function properly. RV was plugged into 110v power which I used to run the refrigerator, microwave, computer and AC unit. had it parked in yard and only used it for sleeping. bought RV in February 2015 as temporary place to stay while I sold my house and relocated to Sacramento from the Los Angeles area. Will make many years of fun!ฤก993 Winnebago Warrior Class A 22' fully contained RV, chevy v8 454 engine, 89,500 miles, just passed a smog check, 3 new batteries just installed this month, new hitch and wiring also just installed, tires in great condition, generator is an Onan 4000-still has functioning hour meter and dash mounted remote starter, awnings work, roof mounted ac works well, propane heating system and stove top, microwave oven, shower and toilet, refrigerator that runs on propane or 110 volts and gets ice cold, sleeps 5, nothing leaks, interior is clean and smell free, everything seems to be in good working condition except for what is noted below. ![]() You will almost never find used RV's or even new ones without issues but we were very particular when we purchased this well loved unit. Have all the original paperwork on the unit we are only the third owner in almost 25 years! I am sure there is a lot I am not mentioning but if you have any questions please just ask! We bought from a dealer and it had a lot of little things we fixed. Have winterized the unit for the winter already per the mfg. Does not leak any fluids and shows no need for further service. I drove it quite often and sometimes long distances without any issues generally pulling my trailers as well. I spend a week going through the engine and flushing fluids and performing general service to have it in the best running condition it could be. Engine is a trusty Chevy 454 that starts every time. Generator has been serviced by Cummins recently and produces good power while on the road or off the grid. You and your kids can walk on it safely (has a ladder) we watched fireworks on it this year and had best spot in town. The unit features an aluminum roof that requires almost no upkeep (dealer just resealed it this season). Rooftop air works and blows good cold air even to back bedroom on hot days. Element for hot water heater upgraded to current model and will make good hot water from engine or gas. Has good working oven and microwave to cook when you can't be outside. My kids call this layout the "separate pooper" option and we looked for this in the RV. Nice separate shower to allow use while someone is in the bathroom. ![]() Has nice rear bedroom with under bed storage and we mounted a flat screen tv in the bedroom. Lots of time was spent to ensure all systems worked as it was our home for the summer. We used this RV for 3 months over this summer while moving into our new house. Up for sale is our family adventure machine. ![]()
